We use Columbus as a bittering hop for the smooth bitterness it brings to this beer, followed by Idaho 7 in the whirlpool to introduce layers of tropical fruit. A dry-hop addition of El Dorado, Chinook, and Simcoe bring the pineapple and pine aromas.
