At the brewery, we experimented with over 30 different single hop recipes and have brewed our favourites to share with you. All hops used in this series come directly from carefully selected manufacturers for the highest quality and freshest hops.
Idaho 7 was originally selected from experimental hop varieties being grown in Jackson Hop Farm, Wilder, Idaho, this hop variety was named out of pride from its home state and first released in 2015.
